Knowledge system engagements begin with a document audit — we inventory what you have, identify gaps, and define the retrieval scope. The assistant is built against a curated index, not a dumped file tree. Precision matters: a bad retrieval pipeline produces confident wrong answers, which is worse than no system at all.
Clinical clients receive a HIPAA-compliant deployment path on AWS Bedrock with private vector storage. General business clients have the option of a Cloudflare Workers deployment for low-latency, edge-side retrieval. Retainer support covers re-indexing as your documentation evolves.
