Our Position

Golden Ratio Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Golden Horizons ("Golden Horizons," "we," "us," or "our") does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and similar privacy laws in other U.S. states, certain disclosures to third parties may be considered "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or "selling" under broader statutory definitions, even when no money changes hands. This page explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Your Right to Opt Out

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, or another U.S. state with applicable privacy law, you have the right to opt out of:

• The sale of your personal information
• The sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising
• The processing of your personal information for targeted advertising

How to Opt Out

You may submit an opt-out request through any of the following methods:

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If you enable GPC in a supported browser or extension, we will treat that signal as a valid opt-out request for the device and browser session in which it is transmitted, in accordance with applicable law.

2. Email Request

Send an opt-out request to [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — Opt-Out Request." Please include the email address and any other identifiers (such as device identifiers) you want associated with the request so we can locate the relevant records.

3. Cookie Preferences

Where we present a cookie banner or preference center on the Site, you may decline non-essential cookies — including analytics and marketing cookies — to limit tracking technologies that may constitute "sharing" under applicable law.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit opt-out requests on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity before processing the request.

Verification

For most opt-out requests, no identity verification is required. For requests involving sensitive categories of information or requests submitted by an authorized agent, we may need to verify your identity to a degree of certainty appropriate to the sensitivity of the request, in accordance with applicable law.

Response Time

We will respond to opt-out requests within the timeframes required by applicable law, generally fifteen (15) business days for opt-out requests under CCPA/CPRA. If we cannot honor a request, we will explain why and what additional information, if any, would be required.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your right to opt out. We will not deny you access to our Services, charge you different prices, or provide you with a different level of quality solely because you exercised this right, except as permitted by law.
