AI Strategy & Roadmap
Before writing a line of code, we align on where AI will move your business numbers. Strategy engagements run as two-day workshops or two-week deep dives. You leave with a prioritized capability roadmap, a realistic build-vs-buy breakdown, and a clear Phase 1 scope your team can hand to any builder.
How clients engage with this practice
Strategy engagements begin with a structured intake covering your current stack, team capacity, and the one or two outcomes that would move the business materially. From there we run a facilitated workshop to map leverage points and score each against effort and revenue impact.
Clients typically arrive with a list of AI ideas and leave with a ranked list of three — plus a clear understanding of what the first build costs, who owns it, and how long it takes. The output becomes the brief for any implementation that follows.
